United Church of Canada Foundation Summer 2025 Centennial Grants
Let’s celebrate!
The Joint Grants Committee and the United Church of Canada Foundation Board are happy to announce the Summer 2025 Centennial Grant results! This marks the fourth and final granting round for this special funding opportunity.
As the United Church of Canada celebrates its Centennial, many communities of faith are celebrating this monumental milestone. In recognition of this, the Centennial Granting Fund was established to help support these celebrations. This fund serves as a tangible expression of solidarity, support, and celebration.
Over the four rounds, the Fund saw interest and granted over $100,000 and supporting nearly 60 celebrations.
This round, 14 projects uniting dozens of communities of faith will receive support for their celebratory events:
- Park Royal United Church (Charlottetown, PE)
- Trinity United Church (Prince George, BC)
- Glebe Road United Church (Toronto, ON)
- Mission Protestante Francophone de Longueuil (Saint-Lambert, QC)
- Alderville First Nation United Church (Roseneath, ON)
- Upper Sackville-Anderson Settlement Pastoral Charge (Anderson Settlement, NB)
- St. Peter’s, Grand River, Loch Lomond Pastoral Charge (St. Peter’s, NS)
- Trinity United Church (Edmonton, AB)
- Whitehorse United Church (Whitehorse, YT)
- Como Lake United Church (Coquitlam, BC)
- Beaverlodge United Church (Beaverlodge, AB)
- St. Marys United Church (St Marys, ON)
- Coaldale United Church (Coaldale, AB)
- Trinity United Church (Acton, ON)
