In 2022, the Foundation identified anti-racism as one of its four key priorities. By striving to become an anti-racist organization, the Foundation commits ourselves to continued training, discussion, revision of processes, procedures, policies and the incorporation of Equity, Diversity and Anti-Oppression principles in all our work as part of our journey to learn, grow, and be transformed.
